Reflection on EDTC22: Creativity is the Key

Creativity is the first thing that we need to have. Creativity in life, arts and every action that you made. Through creativeness and curiosity there are a lot of things done and continuously developing and improving in solving problems and communication with others.

From a simple trash we may made a wonderful dress and artworks, we just only need to open our eyes and be creative and imaginative, through observation we may imagine and have ideas of what we may do. Open eyes is the key to explore and continuously improve our ability to imagine and create something and improved yourself.


As future educators we must teach our future students in the best creative way where they will learn from us, with creativeness we may produce a new teaching style which are appropriate to the new century of students because the traditional way of teaching is not effective anymore to the millennials. Creativeness is the key for the teachers to catch the attention of our students by thinking an appropriate motivation and teaching style appropriate to their individual differences and multiple intelligence's.




We must accept the fact that the students have their own differences and be appreciative in every outcome that they made, because some students are creative than others. Which is the primary problems of the teachers which is to use different teaching styles to see and let the students show their talents and their full capacity to finished every tasked that given to them. Being appreciative of the teachers, we may boost their confidence to let them learn to seek solutions and answer in every problem that they may encounter with confidence and improving their ability to think. Rewarding student is one of the best and appropriate thing that we may do to let them feel joy and serve as motivation to them to do their best to accomplish the assign task that they will encounter and letting them to know that there is no easy answer in every problems that they may have but every problems has a lot of solutions, and let us always remember


“Kung gusto maraming Paraan, kung ayaw maraming Dahilan”
