Story of the Week: No Class, Yes to Work!

Traditional or Modernization?
Jeepney Modernization Program is about converting traditional jeepney into a new one. This leads to the jeepney drivers to protest for two consecutive days due to the expenses they may encounter if this program approve by the government, which leads Our President Duterte cancelled the public and private classes and work in all government nationwide.

Thanks G! The first words entered in my mind when I received the news. I have time to finish all the task I need to do especially my Seminar Paper (Chapter 1 and 2), some episodes of Field study and different requirements in my subjects. I know it’s not good to suspend our class due to the classes suspended by the programs in the school but it become well in the way on how you will use those time in a more productive way to finished and find solutions to the problems you have.

Everything has explanation why President Duterte cancelled the classes because in my point of view, he want everyone to be safe and do not experience the hard time to ride a public utility vehicle (PUV). Actually in an ordinary day we may experience a hard time to ride a PUV, due to the continuous growing population but did you imagine the day where there is a protest from all the PUV drivers? How and where you will ride to go in class or office? (Diba iniisip mo palang naiistress ka na! baka maglakad ka papunta sa school mula sa inyo? Lakas maka Stone Age ano!) We must think first before we speak or show our taught in a specific topic because everything has explanation why those people choose that move as a solution to a problem. Always “Put you Self in Others Shoe” to think why they did that.
